Video Conference Rooms Reservation

In the case of needing a room with videoconferencing capacity, the request and reservation of the space is the responsibility of the student and his/her advisor. The PPGCI Secretary will provide support by signing the relevant forms for borrowing the room.

To request a room, you must fill out a form at least 30 days in advance, and consult with CTIC about room availability.
The schedules are between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm; 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm  

Clodoaldo Beckman Central Library Auditorium
The auditorium has a good internet infrastructure. It should be requested at the library building more than 30 days in advance. In the library, Internet access has specific IP codes, so it is possible that a computer from outside the library may be blocked if it is connected by cable to one of the outlets in the auditorium. Check with the library's technicians beforehand:

PPGCI Secretariat
The Secretariat has a videoconferencing equipment for four people, which can be used in an emergency inside the Secretariat, with the express authorization of the Coordination, and under reasonable circumstances. Since space is limited, no more than eight people may enter the Secretariat at a time. Because holding a videoconference in the Secretariat completely disrupts the work of the unit, the times for this type of use will be reduced. Under no circumstances may the PPGCI Secretariat videoconferencing equipment be lent or used outside this building, without the express authorization of the Coordinator, who will be responsible for any damage or loss the equipment suffers.
